Self-pay fees
Initial Consultation - £295
You may choose a 45 minute face-to-face, video or telephone consultation.
Follow-up Consultation - £220
You may choose a 30 minute face-to-face, video or telephone consultation.
Included in the first consultation
1. Your first appointment will be 45 minutes long. During this time, we will listen carefully to your story, your experiences and your symptoms, and the impact they are having on your life. We will also discuss your medical history to ensure that we provide the most appropriate treatment options for you, as well as organise any tests if necessary. Your treatment plan will be individualised and holistic – meaning we won’t just look at medication but also lifestyle, stress and other factors.
2. The cost of issuing a private prescription (dispensing fee) is included in the first consultation. This does not include the cost of the medication itself. Please see the bottom of this page for the current costs of some of our most frequently prescribed medications.
3. A follow-up letter which details your consultation and the proposed treatment plan. With your consent we will also send a copy of the letter to your own GP.
Follow up consultations
Your second consultation will usually be at the 3 months after your initial consultation. During your follow up, we will discuss your progress and response to treatment. Changes to treatment can be made if needed, and further tests can also be arranged if required.Â
Following on from a second consultation, follow up appointments can be made as often as needed, usually every 3 months whilst making adjustments to your treatment plan, then dropping to annually once you are stable on treatment. These time frames are a recommendation and not set in stone; the timeline of your treatment will be tailored to suit your individual needs.
If you feel that you will need longer than 30 minutes for a follow-up consultation, or if you have not been seen for 2 years or more, please book a 45-minute consultation so that we have sufficient time to assess any changes in your medical history or circumstances.
Payments
Payment for your consultation is required prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your appointment, we will gladly offer a full refund or assist you in rearranging your appointment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, or fail to attend your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund
Prescriptions
The charge for issuing your prescription (dispensing fee) is included in the cost of your consultation. The cost of the medication itself is additional. Please see below for the current costs of some of our most frequently prescribed medications. The fee for a repeat prescription between consultations is £35. The cost of medication is not included in this fee. A 3 month supply of medication is usually issued.

Cost of HRT
Costs for a month’s supply of HRT will vary depending on the type of medication prescribed and the dosage. The prices illustrated below provide a guide for the current costs* of some of our most frequently prescribed HRT medications.
